Since joining Garrington in 2014, she has successfully advised on property acquisitions totalling tens of millions, from period cottages and country houses to homes situated in towns and the city of Oxford.

Philippa began her property career in residential sales with a respected independent agency before choosing to represent buyers exclusively. Her previous career as a police officer with Thames Valley Police instilled a clear sense of integrity, professionalism and attention to detail, all qualities that continue to underpin her approach to each search.
